From receipt of your order, subject to the item not having gone out of stock, we hope to be able to deliver your purchase to you within 5 days. We will email you to let you know when the purchase has been dispatched and will also email you to receive your instruction should any delay in delivery be envisaged. Please note that credit/debit cards are debited at the point of ordering, payment by cheque will delay delivery as dispatch cannot take place until the cheque has cleared into our account, this may take up to 5 working days.
We can offer a "next day delivery" facility to addresses in mainland UK. All orders placed on a "next day delivery" basis must be placed with inthepinkjewellery.co.uk before 3 pm on the day prior to expected delivery. This facility is an option at the checkout page. Please see our terms and conditions for exclusions and additional information.
All items will be packaged in In The Pink brand packaging and will be further packaged for delivery. All items delivered to a UK address will be sent by Post Office "Recorded Delivery" or "Special Delivery". These items will need to be signed for by the recipient. Should this prove problematic please contact us at: enquiries@inthepinkjewellery.co.uk. Please note that if you request the goods to be sent by any other method, In The Pink Jewellery will not accept responsibility for the delivery of the goods or any damage to the goods in transit.
Deliveries to addresses outside the UK will be made by international equivalent to UK Post Office Special Delivery.
Postage and packaging on all items posted to UK addresses will be charged £2. Postage and packaging to addresses in other countries will be charged at cost, we will advise you by email.
