To write a review you need to be logged out of the system. If you are already logged in go to "My Account Info" on the left and choose Log Off. 

Then find the product you wish to review. Once you are on the product page the menu on the left gives you the option to "Write a review on this product", option. Once you click on this you will be asked to log into the system with your username and password. Once this is done you will be taken to the product review page. Write the review and press continue to complete. Simple!
